You Know That Scene...

You fed your baby Chili?

Fun In The Sun

Oh how we'll miss the sunshine in just a few short weeks...And oh how much more we'll miss the Johnsons in just a few short months...

Our Little Graduate

At the beginning of September Maeli officially graduated from the infant class to the toddler class. She seems to really like playing with the big kids, although she's gotten beat up a little (she's one of the only girls and by far the tiniest kid). And she's still only there for about 4 1/2 hours a day, I think its a lot better for both of us, that way we LOVE our time together.

She didn't really like wearing the cap, but she thought the gown was pretty funny. I think she figured it must be a big deal because Jeremy came with us to walk her down the hall from one class to the other. He was pretty cute about it too!

She thinks my tractor's sexy!

At the Fair

A few weekends ago we took Maeli to the Fair and Rodeo in Colfax. She had so much fun looking at all the animals. She really liked the little tiny goats!

For the record I have been trying to upload pictures for three days now, and blogger hates me.

What a sweet baby

Maeli? or the jar of peanut butter?

She packed around this jar of JIF for over an hour, I wish I would have taped her because she was even patting it on the "back." When she dropped it by the door, she said, "oop" and very carefully wrapped the blanket (aka dish towel) around it and picked it back up. It was so stinkin' cute!

Ode' to my slip cover

We have an ugly couch you see,
But we keep it because it was free.
We cover it with a shade of green,
And wash it lots to keep it clean.
Little fingers and a dirty face,
Get chocolate all over the place.
Spilled milk, and crumbs--from mom and dad
But we don't worry, we don't get mad
Off comes the cover, again, and once more
Cause this is the little face we adore.

And oh how we love frosting and graham crackers!
